Privacy, ordering terms & allergens

Ordering & lead times

Orders are reserved when you submit them and move into production only once we have confirmed your payment. Standard cakes need at least 48 hours' notice; larger, tiered or bespoke orders may need longer, and all requested dates remain subject to our kitchen capacity and written confirmation. If we cannot meet a requested date we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.

Prices & payment (bank transfer)

All prices are shown in Nigerian naira (₦). We currently accept payment by bank transfer only. After checkout you will receive our account details and a unique order reference — please enter that reference as the transfer narration so we can match your payment. Your order stays in “awaiting payment” until the transfer is received in our account; we will email you as soon as it is confirmed. Orders left unpaid may be released.

Pickup & delivery

You can choose pickup or delivery at checkout. For delivery we will confirm the delivery fee and timing with you directly before your order is dispatched — delivery is not automatically priced at checkout and depends on your area. Please give a clear address with a nearby landmark, and make sure someone is reachable by phone to receive the order on the date provided.

Changes, cancellations & refunds

To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible on +234 802 606 0500. Because our products are freshly made to order, bespoke items or orders already in production may not be refundable. Where a refund is agreed it is returned by bank transfer to the account the payment came from where possible.

Allergen information

Our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment. We handle the following common allergens and others, and products may contain traces through shared equipment and preparation areas:

Please tell us about any allergies or ingredients to avoid using the allergies step at checkout or the order notes. If an allergy is severe, contact us before paying so we can confirm whether we can safely fulfil your order. We cannot guarantee the total absence of any allergen.

Privacy

We collect the name, contact details, delivery information and order history you provide in order to fulfil your orders, communicate about payment and delivery, provide customer support and run our business. We handle this information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. We do not sell your personal information or share it except with service providers who help us operate (for example our email provider and delivery riders). We keep order records only as long as needed for business and accounting purposes. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us.
